| "
I started with The Marina Program in 1992. After Lani's death my IT people pressured me to change to a program
that affiliated itself with Quickbooks. I succumbed to their pressure and regretted it at once! In a million and
one ways the new program was greatly inferior to TMP. Upon learning of Watch Captain's plans for TMP I happily jumped back to my original home
at TMP! It's wonderful to be back with a company that provides responsive support and has long term experience
taking care of marinas and everything that entails." |

"Because we are a municipal facility, we have to do things a certain way. Watch Captain sent 3 people here and spent considerable time with us, going though our entire program, ironing out what we need and resolving our needs. They dealt with the biggest problems we were having very swiftly. Everyone I've talked to there has been pleasant to deal with. They made a commitment to us to do what we want, and that is exactly what they're doing."

"Watch Captain has made us very efficient, so we are accomplishing more with less effort. It really allowed us to streamline down to a very small working crew."

"...Watch Captain truly listens to its customers' concerns and comes back with solutions to suit their needs. That's probably the best thing I can say about them: They do listen, and they do take care of your needs."
Cheryl Gendron, Office Manager; Mattapoisett Boat Yard, and Watch Captain's first customer

"...The Watch Captain crew has been there for us and with us. It's that team approach that has allowed for a complete freedom of exchange between our two companies. No phone call has gone unanswered. No problem ignored. And our successes have been shared. It's truly a winning relationship."

"We had been using a DOS-based system. Nobody coming to work for us was trained in DOS, so we had to continue to go back in and train them. That isn't the case with Watch Captain. We are light years ahead of what we were able to do with our old system."
Peter Maryott, Oyster Harbors Marine

"We didn't give Watch Captain much advance notice - I think maybe three weeks - but the transition has been going very, very well. Actually, it has been a wonderful experience. They are very open, accommodation, helpful and cordial, no matter who you're dealing with there. Plus they're incredibly knowledgeable. I have to say, it has been a wonderful boon to us. Not only that, but if and when you do have a problem, they are able to understand what you're talking about right away and develop a solution almost immediately. The bottom line is that it's a much better system than we had become accustomed to."
